The Great British Menu: Scottish Chefs Take the Spotlight on BBC

Kevin Dalgleish and Calum Montgomery, chefs of Amuse in Aberdeen, and Edinbane Lodge on the Isle of Skye, will be returning to screens for their second appearance on Great British Menu. The pair, along with Ajay Kumar, chef-patron of Swadish by Ajay Kumar, and David Millar will represent Scotland in the nineteenth season of the BBC cooking show. Kevin expressed his excitement about competing again this year and mentioned the joy of competing against a talented group of Scottish chefs. He also looked forward to the support he received last year and is enthusiastic about the upcoming show. Calum also shared his excitement about the theme and showcased Scotland’s natural larder. The first episode of the Scottish regional heat is set to air on 13 February, at 8 pm on BBC Two.
